Stonehouse provided Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management services on this project from our commencement until completion and the final account. The project tender expectation was a 5% return but Stonehouse through detailed and precise commercial management returned 20%.

Subsequently, Stonehouse carried out the second stage tender negotiations on a £6m private residence in Berkshire, up to and including agreement of the contract sum and terms; post-contract services have been provided as above, the project is due to end April 2010.
